With a commitment to the textile industry; Spintech Associates started its journey back in 2004. Now we are representing 04 (four) big names in textile machineries & Technological components: Bräcker, Suessen, Novibra & Groz-Beckert. In 2004, Spintech Associates started their business with one of the Rieter’s subsidiary- Bräcker; which is the leading brand for spinning rings, ring travelers, roller shop equipment etc. Currently they are holding approx. 30% market shares in those segments. Next year in 2005 Novibra, another subsidiary of Rieter & a leading supplier of high-speed spindles based in Czech Republic joined with Spintech. Novibra proudly dominating the market with enormous 80% market shares in the high-end segments by offering top class spindle & spindle maintenance machines for the spinning industry.

Later in 2009, Spintech Associates started co-operation with Suessen; another subsidiary of Rieter which offers competitive solutions on compacting systems for ring spinning machines. Its innovative product portfolio is tailored to customer’s requirement. From their modification of over 2 (two) million spindles in the market acquiring 30% market shares in these special segments.

Last but not the least, GROZ-BECKERT (card clothing division), a German company joined with Spintech Associates in 2015 & currently has about 30% market share in short staple card clothing segment.    

Success story of Spintech Associates derived from the highly skilled, trained professional team leading by Md. Anisur Rahman Khan who was graduated from BUTEX (Bangladesh University of Textiles) in 1994. For last three decades, Md. Anisur Rahman has been an iconic figure in the Bangladeshi textile spinning industry. His journey, spanning over 30 years, is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to patronize the nation’s textile spinning sector to reach new heights. Mr. Rahman’s experience began at the ground level, where he gained a firsthand understanding of the details of yarn production. This decisive experience would undoubtedly have instilled in him a deep appreciation for the industry’s complexities and its potential for growth.
